Beginner's Martial Arts
For people with little or no experience in martial arts,
we offer a beginning class that covers the basics in all
three arts taught here (taekwondo, judo, and jujitsu).
In the beginner's class you become exposed to basic techniques such as
falling, grappling, punches, kicks, groundwork, and some joint locks.

Beginners rank in all three arts simultaneously until they reach Green belt.
This mixed program allows adults an opportunity to explore various styles
before choosing which art(s) to continue training. Upon promotion to Green belt, you move into the advanced classes, which are
divided according to the three styles, and you have the opportunity to train
in as many of the styles as you like.
There are many reasons for adults to join our beginning martial arts programs.
Whatever your reason for joining, there are ample benefits to the program,
such as improved confidence, weight loss, better concentration skills,
more awareness, a chance to compete, and practical self defense skills.
