• Black belts are healthy, coordinated people who value their mental and physical well-being
• Black belts do not have abusive habits that might threaten their sense of well-being
• Black belts are leaders and are committed to serving others and making a contribution to society
• Black belts are always learning and apply what they learn in the dojo to all areas of their lives
